Perencanaan Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah (IPAL) Sentra Wisata Kuliner Bratang Binangun, Surabaya

Sentra Wisata Kuliner (SWK) Bratang Binangun merupakan salah satu dari 25 SWK di Surabaya yang masih belum memiliki IPAL. Dalam kegiatan sehari-hari, air limbah dihasilkan berasal memasak, proses pencucian, serta toilet. Air tersebut, apabila tidak diolah dengan baik dapat mencemari lingkungan sekitar Binangun. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perencanaan IPAL & SPAL meliputi biaya investasi beserta prosedur operasional tepat guna memastikan pengolahan berjalan baik. Perencanaan pembangunan mempertimbangkan aspek teknis Diperlukan pengumpulan data primer ataupun sekunder menunjang Data diperoleh secara langsung melakukan observasi maupun analisis terhadap kondisi lapangan pengambilan sampel limbah. digunakan dihimpun berbagai sumber. Kota kandungan minyak dan lemak beban organik tinggi. Dirancang unit Pre-Treatment berupa Unit Grease Trap menampung non kakus untuk menyisihkan lemak. 1 Bak Pengumpul mengatur debit Anaerobic Baffled Reactor (ABR) dilengkapi tanki pengendapan 4 kompartemen dirancang mengendapkan partikel padatan tersuspensi mengolah Biological Aerated Filter 2 dioptimalisasikan mendegradasi Ammonia dalam Kemudian lapisan biomassa terbawa aliran diendapkan pada Pengendap. terakhir yakni UV Disinfection menonaktifkan mikroorganisme patogen terkandung Guna mendukung maksimal, maka dilakukan perancangan Sistem Penyaluran Limbah (SPAL) sepanjang 148,7 m menyalurkan seluruh dihasilkan.
